Split orders

We will usually despatch in-stock items immediately, subject to payment clearing satisfactorily. If part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and send any available items at once. If the missing item is part of a set, we will wait until the set is complete before despatching it out to you. Outstanding items will always be despatched to you as soon as they become available.

If you ordered a gift box and your order is split due to non-availability, we will send all shipments in a gift box. You will only be charged once for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable), however many shipments we make to you.

All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required. However, packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses.
