RETURNS POLICY


When you receive your eagerly-awaited order, we hope you’re going to love it and it will be just right. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the items you’ve received, then you can return them to us and we will guarantee a no-hassle refund or replacement service.


If you would like to return an item, you should find a Returns Form and address label within the package you’ve received. Please read and complete this form, and return it with the item in the original packaging. Simply stick on the enclosed label and return to us. If you can’t find the label, just put a line through your address on the packaging and return to:

Please note that all returns and replacements are subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns must be received by Tempestra within 14 days of receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags in tact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to take back a product if we believe that it has been worn or been returned in a non-sellable condition.
  • Please note that NOT ALL products can be returned. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of thongs, boy shorts, briefs, g-strings, briefs or shape-wear once they have been worn. Please try on briefs and shapewear over your own garments first.
  • Protective layering on the intimate parts of swimwear and other garments must be kept on until you’re certain you want to keep it. Any other garments that cannot be accepted as a return will state so on the item’s description page.
  • Returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the packs have been opened.
  • When returning your purchase, please use Royal Mail and obtain a free Certificate of Purchase at point of purchase. If you use an alternative carrier, ensure they provide a track-able service to help us complete the order even if your purchase becomes lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be made less the amount paid on Postage and Packaging.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Please be advised that if there is a difference in pricing, the balance will be refunded or taken from the initial method of payment.
