Bra Fitting Guide:
We all know the problems associated with wearing the wrong-sized bra, and the statistics for how many of us out there actually squeezing our precious breasts into the wrong sizes are quite dire (over 70% - eek! Your shoulders and back hurt just thinking about it!).
Since Tempestra is all about the confidence that comes from comfort and looking good, we need to make sure you look stunning in your sexy lingerie, and that only comes from getting the fitting right. Getting Measured and Fitted
You can do this on your own at home in front of a mirror or you can get a girlfriend to help you out; this way you can both get measured (Let the shopping frenzy begin!). You will need a tape measure, and it might be a bit fiddly at first but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be doing it in seconds. We’ll just stick to inches here as UK bra sizes are still mentioned in inches but click here for the equivalent European bra-measurement size chart.
First, to measure your back size, you need to wrap the tape measure around your chest, just underneath your breast. You need to be sure that you’re standing straight, and the tape measure is flat against your skin and straight across your back. The measurement must be firm, neither tight nor loose. You need to take that measurement, round it up to the nearest even number, and add 4 inches. The result is your back measurement.
Now, to measure your cup size. For the best results, you will need to wear a non-padded bra just to ensure you get the fullness of the breasts lifted from their normal position. Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of the breasts, making sure once again that the tape measure is snug and flat against your breasts, not squeezing your breasts together or giving any discomfort. If you find the measurement to be between inch sizes, then round up or down to the nearest inch. Now, here comes the tricky bit. To get the cup size, subtract the back measurement from the cup size and the difference in inches is your cup size.
