DELIVERY INFORMATION


We will always ensure that all products are despatched as soon as they are available, and payment has cleared satisfactorily.

Please note that due to the size of our warehouses, it is not possible at this time to hold all our products in stock. However, we will always endeavour to ensure that you will never have to wait more than 10 working days for your order.

If you are ordering an item, either because it has to be made bespoke to your measurements, or because the suppliers will only have it available at a date in the future, please note the expected time of delivery for that particular item. Once the garment is available, they will be shipped to you.

Also due to our limited warehouse space, we apologise that at this time we cannot always guarantee express delivery services as we cannot always guarantee availability of stock. Please always allow plenty of time for your purchase to reach you, particularly if it’s a gift. We are constantly working hard to make this service available to you at all times.

Sometimes it will be necessary for you to sign for your package. If you are not available to receive the package, or it has been returned to the postal depot because the carrier was unable to deliver it, you will need to contact the carrier directly to make alternative arrangements. The carrier will usually leave a card advising you what to do next in the event of them being unable to deliver a package.

We are pleased to announce that we can now deliver to most countries around the world. Please note that for countries outside of the United Kingdom, the delivery rate differs to UK rates.

-Delivery to countries within Europe and the US - £6.00
-Delivery to the rest of the world - £8.00
