 Commitment Issues
You want to move the relationship up a notch but he doesn’t. We know that we live in a day and age when neediness is a cardinal sin and confessing to wanting the white picket fence is tantamount to social suicide, but this doesn’t mean women aren’t still hankering after that feeling of security and stability. So what happens when you’ve waited the obligatory length of time (a year, 6 months it doesn’t matter. If he’s seen you without make-up and in your birthday suit in 100 watt bulb-hues, you’re good to go!) and he’s still dithering?
Anyone out there with stories of their partner’s unwillingness to commit, how they dealt with it, what the outcome was, or just opinions and advice on how we can deal with our other halves, we would all love to hear about it.
