Back Orders

We will always aim for 100% in-stock availability. If you place an order and we are out of stock of a particular item, we will always notify you immediately. The waiting time for delivery of new supplies is usually 2-3 weeks. On the rare occasions that the waiting time exceeds this, our email will notify you of the delay, and you will be given the option to either amend your order, wait for the desired product, or cancel the order and receive a full refund for that product.

On rare occasions, manufactures do sometimes discontinue certain lines without advance notice. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee this, and if you order a discontinued line, you will be advised via email and will receive a full refund with our apologies.
